Red Williams Pears and Gala Apples

Red Williams is a less common form of the delicious juicy Williams Pear. It has a sweet melting flavour, and as it ripens turns a vivid bright red. Less flamboyant, but also with a fine flavour are the Gala apples. Raised in New Zealand, and now grown in major apple regions throughout the World, Gala is a popular and widely available apple.
